Senior AI Research Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve research infra: orchestration, training, model tracking, and deployment.
• Build and scale distributed ML compute: multi-node GPUs, data pipelines, cloud infra.
• Improve velocity via performance engineering: optimize simulators and training pipelines.
• Bridge research and production: turn AI breakthroughs into reliable systems.
• Understand internal platforms to support customer-facing solutions.
• Maintain docs on research, decisions, products, and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in software engineering, ML engineering, or MLOps.
• Proven experience leading technical projects from concept to delivery.
• Experience in ML R&D linking research to production.
• Strong ML and MLOps concepts: experiment tracking, model lifecycle, deployment.
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with C++ or Rust.
• Experience designing scalable infra for AI workloads, distributed computing, or cloud.
