Senior AI Research Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve research infrastructure: orchestration, distributed training, model tracking, evaluation, deployment.
• Build and scale distributed ML infra: multi-node GPUs, data pipelines, cloud cost optimization.
• Improve R&D velocity with performance engineering: optimize simulators, pipelines, profiling bottlenecks.
• Bridge research and production to turn breakthroughs into reliable systems.
• Develop understanding of internal platforms/tools to support customer-facing AI solutions.
• Document research projects, decisions, products, and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, MLOps, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading technical projects and delivering.
• Experience in ML R&D environments linking research to production.
• Strong ML/MLOps understanding: experiment tracking, model lifecycle, deployment, non-deterministic systems.
• Strong Python, plus familiarity with C++ or Rust.
• Solid engineering foundation with ML, optimization, control systems, or physical sciences.
