📋 Description

• Design and deploy AI agents for long-horizon, multi-step tasks in finance.
• Own evaluation and benchmarking for agentic systems and LLMs.
• Provide AI expertise across Adyen’s org on tooling and strategies.
• Set engineering standards; mentor problem solving and code quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years hands-on experience in applied AI/ML research or engineering.
• Deep expertise in language models and Generative AI.
• Proven experience designing and operating agentic systems at scale.
• Rigorous evaluation: benchmarks beyond standard metrics.
• Strong foundation in classical ML: supervised learning, ensembles, optimization.
• Production-ready Python; engineering standards for code.
• Hands-on with at least one production-grade agentic framework.
