Senior AI Research Scientist (Model-based RL)

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and evaluate model-based RL agents, incl. MPC/MPPI, for deployment.
• Develop learned dynamics and world models generalizing across systems using curricula and active/adversarial learning.
• Research and apply safe RL, constrained control, scenario planning, Bayesian RL.
• Translate research into production-ready solutions and lead large-scale rollout.
• Communicate findings via documentation, presentations, and cross-team discussions.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and external partners to industrialize AI.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in ML, control, CS, or related field, or equivalent RL expertise.
• At least 2 years of post-PhD research experience.
• Deep knowledge in model-based RL, model-free RL, safe RL, planning, world models.
• Proven experience building/evaluating AI agents with simulators and sim-to-real transfer.
• Strong Python programming; experience with PyTorch and SciPy.
• Experience with scalable experimentation environments or infra (Ray, Kubernetes, Docker, GCP).
