📋 Description

• Analyze AI conversations and feedback to improve response quality
• Design, implement, test prompt engineering and conversational behaviors
• Optimize RAG pipelines and vector-based search
• Evaluate LLMs and recommend effective models for use cases
• Define metrics and perform structured experiments
• Collaborate with AI Engineers to deploy improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in AI, ML, NLP or related field
• Strong practical understanding of LLMs and conversational AI
• Hands-on prompt engineering and evaluation experience
• Experience evaluating conversational AI with qualitative & quantitative methods
• Strong Python and SQL skills for data analysis and experiments
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, retrieval optimization
