📋 Description

• Analyze AI conversations, interaction data, and user feedback to improve response quality and user
• Design, implement, test, and optimize prompt engineering strategies.
• Optimize RAG pipelines, vector-based search, and retrieval quality.
• Evaluate LLMs and recommend models for product use cases; explore customer-specific models.
• Define and improve AI quality metrics and run structured experiments.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and testing methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in AI, ML, NLP, or related field.
• Strong practical understanding of LLMs, generative and conversational AI.
• Hands-on prompt engineering, evaluation, and LLM optimization.
• Experience evaluating conversational AI with qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; ability to build evaluation/workflows.
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks, benchmarking, and systematic assessment.
