📋 Description

• Analyze real-world AI interactions to improve responses and user experience.
• Design, implement, test, and optimize prompt engineering and conversational behaviors.
• Improve RAG pipelines, vector search, and retrieval quality.
• Evaluate LLMs and recommend models for product use cases.
• Define metrics and run structured experiments to measure AI quality.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers to deploy improvements to production.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in AI, ML, NLP, or related field.
• Strong practical understanding of LLMs and conversational AI.
• Hands-on prompt engineering and evaluation experience.
• Experience evaluating conversational AI with qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Strong Python and SQL skills for data analysis and experiments.
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and benchmarking.
