📋 Description

• Analyze AI conversations, interaction data, and user feedback to improve quality and UX.
• Design, implement, test, and optimize prompt engineering strategies.
• Optimize RAG pipelines and vector-based search.
• Evaluate LLMs and develop customer-specific models when needed.
• Define metrics and run experiments to measure AI quality and impact.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers to deploy improvements to production.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in AI, ML, NLP, or related field.
• Strong practical understanding of LLMs and conversational AI.
• Hands-on prompt engineering and evaluation experience.
• Proven ability to evaluate conversational AI qualitatively and quantitatively.
• Strong Python and SQL skills for data analysis and experiments.
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and benchmarking.
