📋 Description

• Lead the security, governance, and risk management of AI at BlinkRx across enterprise tools and
• Architect and operate a comprehensive AI security program with policy and technical controls.
• Head red-teaming and adversarial testing of AI systems; identify AI-specific threats (prompt
• Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Data Science, and Product Security to deploy secure AI
• Design secure MCP server deployments and agent-to-agent authentication standards.
• Integrate AI security controls into CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Security Engineering with strong software engineering process knowledge.
• Hands-on adversarial AI techniques experience (prompt injection, model extraction, data poisoning
• Understanding of AI security frameworks: NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001.
• GitHub and Python skills for security tooling and automated testing of AI systems.
• Experience with Enterprise AI platforms (Claude Enterprise, OpenAI Enterprise, Cursor, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
