Senior AI Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Define evaluation-driven loops for AI systems (quality, reliability, latency, cost).
• Partner with product teams to identify cross-product opportunities.
• Contribute to AI-native practices: Spec-Driven Development and automated testing.
• Apply guardrails for AI reliability, observability, governance, and security.
• Prototype and validate AI approaches to scalable, business-relevant blocks.
• Guide engineers through collaboration, peer review, and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering in AI/data systems.
• Excellent Python programming.
• Proficiency in Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Hands-on Generative AI technologies and applications.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, tools and agents.
• Master's degree in CS/Software Engineering/AI, or equivalent.
• Experience designing end-to-end AI systems across APIs and data pipelines.
