Senior AI Solutions Architect – Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio & Google Dialogflow CX

📋 Description

• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using Foundry, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
• Develop and maintain AI-powered conversational agents with Dialogflow CX and Google CCAI.
• Architect AI solutions with user flows, integrations, API development, security, and deployment.
• Build apps that interact with web services, APIs, enterprise platforms, and third-party systems.
• Create and optimize NLP workflows, LLM integrations, and AI assistant capabilities.
• Develop custom indexes, manage data sources, and improve intent matching for accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years IT experience, incl 2+ years building AI agents in MS/Google ecosystems.
• Mandatory experience with Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Foundry.
• Mandatory experience building conversational AI with Google Dialogflow CX and CCAI.
• Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise apps, APIs, Office 365, SharePoint, and third-party systems.
