Senior AI Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead Proof-of-Value experiences with go-to-market teams.
• Architect and implement AI solutions; ensure evaluation cycles on time.
• Build strong relationships with data science and AI engineering teams.
• Lead technical engagements: status updates, roadmaps, QBRs.
• Become a domain expert in AI Observability and platform capabilities.
• Deliver integrations to data ecosystems (Snowflake, Airflow, MLflow, S3, Kafka).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI-ML or related field; 5-7+ years of experience.
• 2+ years hands-on experience deploying, monitoring, or maintaining AI models in production.
• Excellent communication and storytelling; distill complex concepts for technical and executive audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; balance multiple customer engagements.
• Demonstrated collaboration across cross-functional teams: Product, Engineering, and Sales.
• Customer-first mindset with empathy, curiosity, and ownership.
