Senior AI Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with business teams to deliver tailored AI solutions.
• Build production-grade agentic systems using RAG and workflow automation.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from task decomp to deployment.
• Contribute patterns and components to AI Enablement standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years software engineering with 3+ years AI/agentic in production.
• Design, build, and ship reliable agentic systems (tool-using agents).
• Own reliability engineering: failure handling, human-in-the-loop, guardrails.
• Experience building internal platforms/SDKs/tools used by other teams.
• Strong Python and agentic stack: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, OpenAI SDK.
• Able to deliver end-to-end AI solutions from problem to working solution.
