Senior AI Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Turn manual engineering and product workflows into automated systems that AI agents can run on
• Build closed loops where production signals (errors, failures, anomalies) trigger agents to
• Raise agent performance by giving them better context, tools and infrastructure
• Keep event driven services and messaging reliable as the platform grows
• Bring ideas to the table: spot what customers would value, push back when something doesn't make
• Keep leadership in the loop as you work, sharing progress and blockers early

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a software engineer, with your most recent role at an early stage startup where you
• Production systems you've built with LLMs and AI agents, not only prototypes
• Most of your code is already written by AI, and you spend your time designing the systems around it
• Product sense and the confidence to propose ideas without waiting for direction
• Clear, proactive communication in English, written and spoken, including with founders and
• You stay curious under pressure: when a problem gets harder, you ask, rephrase and dig in
