📋 Description

• Own end-to-end video from goals to final cut (AI, compositing, motion, sound, color).
• Tell stories with narrative arc; write scripts and storyboards.
• Produce high-volume short/long-form content using AI gen models with finishing.
• Build and document repeatable AI video workflows to boost velocity.
• Stay on the bleeding edge: evaluate new AI video models and integrate.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years video editing/production; portfolio must show AI work.
• Proficiency with AI video gen models (Kling, Runway, Veo, Seedance, Pika); expert prompts.
• Strong scriptwriting and storyboarding ability.
• Craft-focused: color grading, pacing, typography, motion, audio design.
• Proficient in at least one NLE (Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut).
