📋 Description

• Design and hands-on build of complex Amazon Connect solutions.
• Translate business goals into secure, cost-aware AWS designs.
• Implement contact flows with Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, DynamoDB.
• Create agent experiences with Connect Streams API and CCP; IaC and CI/CD.
• Architect integrations with CRM/WFM/ERP; migrate from legacy CC platforms.
• Guide discovery, mentor engineers, coordinate with QA and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent; 5+ years in CC solutions; 4+ years in lead/architect roles.
• Design and deploy omnichannel CX on Amazon Connect/AWS; Well-Architected.
• Hands-on AWS: serverless, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), automated pipelines.
• Build agent experiences with Connect Streams API and CCP; backend APIs.
• Deep integrations with CRM/WFM/ERP across Connect/AWS.
• Lead discovery, demos; mentor staff; translate needs to specs.
