📋 Description

• Develop and optimize AML risk models (rule-based engines + ML)
• Design transaction monitoring strategies (anomaly detection, fund flow)
• Analyze on-chain data to track fund movements and high-risk addresses
• Build user risk scoring integrating KYC, transactions, and blockchain data
• Improve model performance, reduce false positives, and aid investigations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in AML/risk modeling (mandatory)
• End-to-end AML model deployment (monitoring, scoring, investigations)
• Strong Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling
• Solid understanding of AML typologies (layering, smurfing, cash-out)
• Hands-on ML with XGBoost and LightGBM
