📋 Description

• Conduct Know Your Business (KYB) reviews for corporate onboarding, including verification of
• Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk entities, complex corporate structures, and
• Assess PEP exposure, sanctions risk, and adverse media across corporate hierarchies and associated
• Execute ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews of existing corporate clients, ensuring continued
• Identify and escalate unusual corporate structures, nominee arrangements, shell entities, and other
• Maintain accurate and well-documented case files that clearly support risk decisions and meet audit

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in KYB, KYC/CDD, corporate due diligence, or financial crime compliance.
• Strong understanding of corporate structures, ownership chains, UBO identification, and entity
• Demonstrated experience handling complex, high-risk, or regulated customers, including financial
• Familiarity with AML/CFT regulations, sanctions regimes, and beneficial ownership transparency
• Experience with cryptocurrency-related entities (exchanges, custodians, DeFi protocols) is an
• Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail and sound risk judgement.
