Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Leverage data and analytical thinking to shape Lyft's products and business decisions.
• Conduct rigorous product deep dives, identify opportunities for enhancements, and measure feature impact.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers to roadmap international growth and expansion beyond North America.
• Help define Lyft's global expansion strategy, size opportunities, and outline required products.
• Coordinate with central marketplace teams to align global expansion with autonomous-hybrid marketplace growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in management consulting, strategic data science/analytics roles in a technology company, or equivalent analytical role in a high growth startup.
• Experience leading high-visibility projects and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Experience communicating with and presenting to senior leaders and data storytelling.
• Strong ability in building decision making frameworks and data analysis, able to understand business issues, analyze large amounts of data, and draw actionable conclusions.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter - takes ownership and drives results.
• Proficiency in SQL.
