• Translate Airbnb’s AI capabilities into self-serve analytics for CS.
• Build agentic analytics pipelines for CS metrics (volume, handle time, quality).
• Design and govern prompt templates and playbooks for recurring questions.
• Create orchestration workflows that automate insights and alerts.
• Deploy self-serve interfaces enabling non-technical users to query data.
• Deliver dashboards and narratives from business questions quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics/data science solving ambiguous problems.
• Own end-to-end data projects—from scoping to business recommendations.
• Advanced SQL and Python with Presto, Hive, Spark.
• Rapid front-end prototyping for dashboards and apps for non-technical audiences.
• Advanced Tableau for production BI delivery.
• Production LLM and prompt engineering with governance.
