Senior Analyst, AI Workflows & Automation

📋 Description

• Partner with Support Ops and Shared Services to define gaps and needs.
• Map and document existing workflows to identify automation opportunities.
• Design AI-augmented workflows using LLMs, rules engines, and human review.
• Prototype and iterate AI solutions with Claude and internal tooling.
• Define success metrics and evaluation plans; build eval pipelines.
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations to align AI workflows with roadmaps and controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical operations, data science/analytics, or product/engineering.
• At least 2+ years with workflow automation, rules engines, or ops tooling.
• Experience designing, implementing, or maintaining complex business workflows.
• Strong technical fluency: Python or similar, APIs, and engineer collaboration.
• Hands-on with LLM-based tools (Claude) and prompt design/eval.
• Strong analytical skills; building dashboards and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional communication; write specs and runbooks.
