Own enterprise reporting end-to-end: define requirements, model data, dashboards
Build and maintain dbt models creating a semantic reporting layer
Develop dashboards and self-serve tools (Omni/Looker/Tableau)
Partner with Data Engineering on pipelines and warehouse foundations
Establish and enforce definitions, metrics, reporting standards
Audit and rationalize existing reports to reduce drift

🎯 Requirements

4 to 6 years of experience in analytics, BI, or data analytics
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent
Strong SQL skills; able to write and optimize complex queries
Hands-on experience with DBT for data modeling
Proficiency with Omni, Looker, or Tableau for dashboards
Demonstrated ability to build self-serve reporting systems
