Senior Analyst/Associate - OTC Confirmations Drafting

📋 Description

• Review, draft, and manage OTC derivative confirmations to ensure accurate trade documentation and risk mitigation.
• Support confirmation process for OTC equity structured products with internal teams and counterparties.
• Analyze and resolve trade confirmation discrepancies, economic breaks, and documentation issues.
• Collaborate with counterparties, legal teams, trading desks, risk teams, and other stakeholders to resolve confirmations.
• Draft ad-hoc confirmation requests based on business requirements and counterparty needs.
• Create and maintain confirmation templates with required approvals from relevant stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years drafting OTC derivative confirmations; ISDA Equity/Swap definitions.
• Experience drafting OTC equity structured products (Autocalls, Swap/Option strategies).
• Strong understanding of OTC trade lifecycle and documentation.
• Identify documentation risks, resolve breaks, and propose practical solutions.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, trading, and operations teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English; high attention to detail.
