Senior Analyst/Associate, Private Fund Secondaries

📋 Description

• Build relationships with fund stakeholders (GPs, LPs, and partners)
• Prospect GPs/LPs via outbound email and cold calls
• Own the fund secondary transfer process end-to-end
• Prepare external materials: pitch decks and proposals
• Collaborate on diligence and asset verification
• Track deal pipeline and CRM; maintain status and contacts

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in VC secondaries, private markets, or related finance role
• Experience prospecting and generating leads in high-volume outreach
• Experience developing institutional-grade marketing materials
• Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize in fast-paced env
• Comfort operating in early-stage, high-ambiguity environment
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, or ability to obtain soon after joining
