Senior Analyst / Associate, Underwriting, Healthcare Finance

📋 Description

• Analyze direct loan origination opportunities for healthcare providers and healthcare real estate owners
• Model financial projections and run loan repayment sensitivity analyses
• Perform financial due diligence on target companies
• Prepare loan investment approval write-ups for credit committee
• Coordinate loan closings with Portfolio Management and Operations teams
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare update memorandums

🎯 Requirements

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's preferred
• Minimum 1 year in audit, credit analysis, investment banking, M&A, or underwriting
• Healthcare lending experience is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with financial modeling
• Proficiency in Excel-based modeling and MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication
