Senior Analyst, Business Systems

📋 Description

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to analyze processes, define requirements, and
• Lead discovery, process optimization, and future-state design efforts, translating business needs
• Evaluate and recommend technology, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve efficiency
• Drive solution delivery through change management, testing, release readiness, documentation
• Provide strategic oversight of system performance, enhancement roadmaps, risks, dependencies, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field with 5 years of experience; OR Master's
• Business systems analysis, process improvement, requirements gathering, or business architecture
• Experience working with R&D, document automation, or AI-enabled business process environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Excel, SharePoint/Teams, Jira, ServiceNow, UAT tracking, release
• Exposure to generative AI, prompt workflows, knowledge management, AI evaluation, or AI/automation
• Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
