📋 Description

• Support M&A, strategic investments, and capital raises.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, capital structure analysis, and due diligence.
• Conduct strategic/financial eval; present findings in memos and exec decks.
• Track industry trends and capital markets to inform strategy.
• Develop investment theses, financing strategies, and market analyses.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with sponsors, lenders, investors.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in investment banking, PE, private credit, or VC; AI/cloud focus.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
• Strategic thinker who translates market data into actionable insights.
• Excellent presentation and communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple projects.
• Deep interest in AI and cloud infrastructure; ML/GPU exp a plus.
