📋 Description

• Bridge Sales and merchants by translating data into ROI-focused business cases.
• Partner with Merchant Success to build analyses that show ROI and support renewals.
• Design dashboards and performance reports for merchants.
• Analyze product data with product and engineering to drive improvements and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Risk and Data (RAD) to inform fraud analysis and merchant insights.
• Stay current on model and product changes, translating into merchant-facing insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in business analytics, BI, or TAM.
• Ecommerce/consumer-brand experience; knows key metrics.
• Experience cross-functionally to drive business and product improvements.
• SQL proficiency; large datasets and data modeling.
• Snowflake experience.
• Tableau experience.
