Senior Analyst, Client Insights

📋 Description

• Serve as the analytical bridge between Sales and prospective/existing merchants; translate data and
• Partner with Merchant Success to build analyses that demonstrate ROI, justify expansion, and
• Interact directly with merchants and potential merchants to understand their reporting needs; build
• Analyze product data and work with the product and engineering teams to drive product improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in a business analytics, business intelligence, or Technical Account
• Understanding of consumer brands, ecommerce, and important metrics and benchmarks in the industry
• An exceptional communicator with the ability to talk to merchants about complex analysis and how to
• Experience in one or more of the following brand verticals is a plus: Jewelry, Furniture / Home
• Experience working cross-functionally to drive business and product improvement
• Experience with SQL — you're comfortable querying large datasets, writing clean, efficient code
