Senior Analyst, Compliance Testing & Third-Party Risk Management

📋 Description

• Lead regular testing of BSA/AML/OFAC and consumer obligations to ensure compliance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of controls to mitigate regulatory and operational risks.
• Document results, identify issues and gaps, determine corrective actions, and support tracking.
• Support the TPRM program by maintaining documentation and monitoring controls.
• Conduct vendor risk assessments focusing on security, financial health, and compliance.
• Support vendor onboarding with complete and compliant risk-related documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years in compliance testing, TPRM, vendor management, or related risk roles.
• Working knowledge of consumer lending regs; willingness to learn essential.
• Certifications such as CRCM, CTPRP, CTPRA preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to collaborate across teams and vendors.
