📋 Description

• Hybrid role reporting to Head of Strategic Finance, Commercial Finance and Corporate FP&A.
• Support deal lifecycle with cross-functional partners to align financial projections with long-term
• Structure fleet partnership deals and provide financial guardrails in negotiations with external
• Develop data-driven recommendations and present multi-dimensional financial interdependencies to
• Monitor post-deal performance and capital deployment; drive process improvements across Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of high-impact experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Public Markets
• Advanced financial modeling: build models from scratch for Joint Ventures, partnerships, M&A
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across multiple business units.
• Transaction experience: valuation, due diligence, translating terms into executable financial
• Clear communication; distill large data sets into principled, cross-functional recommendations.
