Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing - Email Marketing

📋 Description

• Manage the email campaign request workflow via Asana to prevent audience conflicts and rush errors.
• Review builds, troubleshoot design issues in Knak, sync assets, and schedule campaigns in Marketo.
• Perform rigorous QA on subject lines, pre-header text, CTAs, and overall structural compliance
• Build and refine target audiences using lead-specific fields and account-specific intent data
• Consult with Demand Gen and Field Marketing to recommend effective email frameworks such as event
• Execute A/B tests and implement dynamic content to personalize emails for specific segments.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on email marketing experience (Marketo preferable).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to firmly but diplomatically ensure SLA adherence.
• Exceptional attention to detail—capable of immediately spotting a broken Marketo token, a missing
• Understanding of how complex data (Salesforce, Marketo, intent data) informs audience segmentation
