📋 Description

• Support a specific AbbVie Field Force Effectiveness team by playing a central liaison role in field
• Understand strategic and tactical issues, employ appropriate methodologies to analyze data and
• Drive multiple complex projects, balancing between short-term and long-term objectives and managing
• Design and deploy optimal solutions that are innovative, add value and meet current and future
• Develop and deliver formal presentations to internal and field teams including Field Ops
• Collaborate with peers, Franchise Liaison, Integration teams, and Sales and Marketing leadership on

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS required to ensure effective understanding and application of business concepts
• 2+ years analytical and/or field force planning experience required preferably in the healthcare
• Excellent problem-solving orientation and ability to work independently
• Proven track record of success in transforming data into powerful information for sales/marketing
• Knowledgeable on a variety of PC programs (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Demonstrated
• Project manages one or more projects and drives the sales organization and cross functional teams
