Senior Analyst, Field Planning & Analytics

📋 Description

• Sales force territory alignment and placement maintenance
• Call Plan Operations, including managing the Targeting and Planning (TAP) Tool process and the
• Coordinating the annual ABS approval process
• Call Plan activity metrics & ad-hoc reporting
• Develop a deep understanding of department level processes, business rules, data sets, policies
• Become proficient with Javelin sales force mapping tool, the Call Plan Roll Forward Engine, PPT and

🎯 Requirements

• BA, BS degree required
• 2+ years analytical and/or related operations experience required, preferably in the healthcare
• Accountable, detail-oriented problem solver with a strong focus on accuracy, follow-through, and
• Must exhibit proficiency commensurate with grade in the following competencies: adaptability
• Knowledge of a variety of PC programs (Office Suite) that can solve various problems
• Programming language experience preferred (i.e. Python, SQL, Snowflake)
