Senior Analyst, Finance Shared Services

📋 Description

• Own accounts payable for all Airwallex entities; ensure compliance with reporting, audit and tax.
• Collaborate with multiple business units, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve payment queries.
• Balance recurring finance tasks with projects to improve the Controllership team.
• Reports to Finance Manager, based in Shanghai.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting; Big Four experience advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle) preferred.
• Strong accounts payable knowledge; advanced Excel skills advantageous.
• Proven experience managing complex process-improvement projects.
• Strong communicator across all levels of the organization.
