Senior Analyst FP&A

📋 Description

• Deliver monthly, quarterly and year-end management accounts and financial reporting.
• Analyse sales, margin, cost centre and forecast variances, working with budget holders and
• Support the annual budgeting process and preparation of audited financial statements.
• Ensure accurate allocation of internal costs and effective management of cross-charges.
• Provide timely financial and management information to support business performance and
• Maintain compliance with internal reporting requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Ideally 3–5 years’ relevant experience, preferably within an international, matrix organisation.
• Experience in FP&A, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in the Nordics region is an advantage, with the ability to understand and navigate the
• Fluency in, or the ability to communicate in, one or more Nordic languages is an advantage.
• FMCG experience is advantageous, particularly within a branded, product-led and consumer-focused
