Senior Analyst, General Ledger

📋 Description

• Perform bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of cash transactions and help safeguard
• Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts, reviewing supporting documentation, identifying
• Generate financial reports and conduct account analyses to identify and correct mis-recordings
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver critical financial reporting and accounting
• Manage fixed asset accounting activities, including asset recognition, depreciation, transfers
• Ensure accounting activities comply with internal controls, Generally Accepted Accounting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or another related accounting field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in general accounting, with significant experience in
• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, GAAP, and accounting policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, particularly Oracle and SAP.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate financial discrepancies, assess supporting
