Senior Analyst, Global Money Movement

📋 Description

• Build and maintain financial models for money movement goals.
• Analyze drivers and donation trends using AI-assisted tools.
• Monitor payments metrics and flag trends or anomalies.
• Partner with FP&A, Product and FinOps to plan and execute.
• Support pricing, GTM analyses and cross-functional decisions.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards; translate data to insights.
• Improve processes with AI/automation; support control rollouts.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or similar analytical roles.
• Build financial models from scratch, incl. P&Ls and operating models.
• Experience cross-functional with product/engineering/ops in tech/payments.
• Analytical mindset; break down problems and communicate findings.
• Eagerness to adopt AI tools to accelerate work.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• SaaS or consumption-based model experience; familiarity with Pigment/Adaptive/Anaplan.
