Senior Analyst, Global Money Movement

📋 Description

• Build and maintain financial models for money movement.
• Analyze drivers and donation trends using AI-assisted insights.
• Monitor payments metrics and flag trends or anomalies.
• Partner with FP&A, Product and FinOps on planning cycles.
• Translate business needs into financial frameworks for stakeholders.
• Build pricing models and contribute to GTM decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in FP&A/strategic finance or similar analytical role.
• Build financial models from scratch (P&L, operating models) with clear recommendations.
• Cross-functional experience with product/engineering/ops in tech/payments.
• Curious, analytical mindset; able to break down complex problems.
• Eager to adopt AI tools to improve quality and speed.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/Business; familiarity with Pigment/Adaptive/Anaplan.
