Senior Analyst, Growth Strategy & Operations (Funnel & Analytics)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end funnel and customer journey analytics across payment and product-adoption funnels.
• Build scalable growth operating systems, including KPI frameworks, dashboards, experiment
• Partner with Growth, Product, Marketing, Data, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk
• Improve CRM, marketing automation, customer data, reporting, and analytics processes through
• Establish reliable campaign and experiment measurement practices, including attribution
• Translate ambiguous growth priorities into clear execution, measurable outcomes, and repeatable

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Growth, Growth Strategy & Operations, Product Growth, Product
• Demonstrated experience owning growth strategy and operations across complex, cross-functional
• Proven experience building and operating funnel analytics, KPI frameworks, dashboards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across customer, product, campaign, payment, and
• Demonstrated experience translating analysis and strategic priorities into operating processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex
