Senior Analyst, Insurance & Loan Operations

📋 Description

• Support the full investment lifecycle in Geneva, including trade and loan processing, GAV review
• Provide operational support to Fund Accounting and Controllership during monthly and quarterly
• Oversee offshore operational support teams and help ensure processes are completed in line with
• Monitor cash and position reconciliations and resolve breaks in a timely manner.
• Work with internal teams on new products, complex transactions, and portfolio onboarding.
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and overall operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in Investment Operations or a related area within asset management
• Experience supporting the investment lifecycle, including cash management and reconciliation
• Experience with complex fixed or variable rate income products, SPVs, CLOs, private credit, private
