Senior Analyst, Investments & Acquisitions

📋 Description

• Lead and support investment underwriting for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Build, audit, and refine complex Excel models with high accuracy.
• Evaluate opportunities using asset performance, market fundamentals, and risk factors.
• Drive deal execution from screening through closing, including diligence.
• Prepare Investment Committee materials and executive presentations.
• Communicate analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/real estate/economics or related field.
• 2–4+ years in real estate investments, acquisitions, or related roles.
• Advanced financial modeling: DCF, returns, debt/equity, scenarios.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; translate analysis into recommendations.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented; executive-ready work under tight timelines.
• Travel may be required; ability to interact with senior leaders.
