Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics

📋 Description

• Own ongoing performance monitoring and reporting across one or more paid media channels, including
• Conduct root cause analysis when campaign performance changes, investigating potential drivers
• Build, maintain, and improve performance dashboards in Sigma or comparable business intelligence
• Write, update, debug, and maintain SQL queries and dbt models supporting reporting, measurement
• Manage digital marketing measurement operations, including configuring and quality-assuring pixels
• Troubleshoot tracking, conversion, and measurement issues to maintain accurate and dependable

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, or a similar data-focused role
• Experience working with multi-million-dollar monthly marketing budgets is strongly preferred
• Strong SQL expertise, with the ability to independently write, debug, and optimize queries.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and GitHub is required.
• Experience developing and maintaining dashboards using Sigma, Tableau, or a comparable BI/analytics
• Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics, including CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CAC, and how

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary ranging from $126,700–$156,450 for Tier 1 locations, including the San Francisco
• Annual base salary ranging from $113,100–$139,650 for Tier 2 locations, including Austin, Boston
• Annual base salary ranging from $109,700–$135,450 for Tier 3 locations covering other U.S.
