Senior Analyst, Medical Economics

📋 Description

• Analyze medical costs to identify trend drivers and cost savings.
• Measure and project financial outcomes of initiatives and programs.
• Develop reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Partner with Medical Economics leadership and analytics teams on initiatives.
• Lead initiatives to support Oscar's Total Cost of Care goals.
• Collaborate with clinical and market leadership to address cost drivers.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree in STEM field (Economics, Actuarial Science, Health Economics)
• 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience
• SOA Associate or Fellow (preferred)
• Strong understanding of health insurance concepts and data sources
• Experience with managed care and provider reimbursement policies
