🎯 Requirements

• PhD or Masters in STEM/Life Sciences (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years in financial services or research with EMEA Medtech focus.
• Understanding of institutional buy-side/sell-side research workflows.
• Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; strong time management.
• Outgoing, able to speak with professionals at all levels; fluent English.
• Intellectual curiosity; ability to work independently and in teams; mentor juniors.
