Proactively streamline P&C workflows using HRIS capabilities, formulas, scripts, Airtable, and
Support survey design, deployment, and analysis, translating results into themes and
Assist with the annual compensation cycle including data preparation, modeling, benchmarking
Run regular audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and a single source of truth across data

🎯 Requirements

3+ years’ experience in an HR, People Analytics, or analytics-focused role
Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling), strong PowerPoint skills
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Rippling strongly preferred)
Demonstrated experience with and genuine interest in AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, native AI
