📋 Description

• Oversee mortgage processing: indexing docs, verify income and credit
• Ensure regulatory compliance (TRID, RESPA) in closing and processing
• Serve as liaison between clients, lenders and internal teams
• Perform quality reviews of closing documents for accuracy
• Identify workflow improvements to speed mortgage closings

• Graduate in any stream (Essential)
• Flexible for rotational/night shift (Essential)
• Strong verbal and written communication (Essential)
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy (Essential)
• 2-4 years in US mortgage/loan processing (Essential)
