Design dashboards and analytics to inform recruiting strategy for leadership.
Identify process improvements, automation, and tooling to boost recruiting efficiency.
Partner with Finance, People, and IT to ensure data consistency across the talent stack.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in recruiting operations, people analytics, or ATS ownership.
Strong analytics with dashboards, reports, and capacity models (SQL, Excel).
Experience designing scalable workflows and automation in fast-growth environments.
Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured solutions; communicate findings.
Cross-functional collaboration; influence stakeholders and drive system adoption.
