📋 Description

• Own and optimize ATS (Ashby): workflows, automation, data integrity, reporting.
• Build recruiter capacity models for staffing decisions.
• Design dashboards and analytics for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Identify process improvements, automation, and tooling enhancements.
• Partner with Finance, People, and IT to ensure data consistency across the talent stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in recruiting ops, people analytics, or ATS ownership.
• Strong analytical skills; dashboards, reports, capacity models; SQL, Excel, BI tools.
• Experience designing scalable workflows and automation in a high-growth environment.
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured solutions; communicate to tech and non-tech.
• Cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence stakeholders.
