📋 Description

• Own and optimize the ATS (Ashby): workflows, automation, data integrity, and reporting.
• Build and maintain recruiter capacity models from hiring plans to staffing.
• Design dashboards and analytics that inform recruiting strategy for leadership.
• Identify process improvements and tooling to boost recruiting efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, People, and IT to ensure data consistency across systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in recruiting operations or analytics with ATS ownership.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards, reports, and capacity models (SQL, Excel, BI tools).
• Experience designing scalable workflows and automation in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured solutions and communicate findings.
